Kamran M. Qamar is the founding partner and CEO of cpSphere. He is responsible for formulating and overseeing execution of the long-term strategies that position cpSphere as a leading management consulting firm and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software provider for small and medium size businesses. Prior to founding cpSphere in 2003, Kamran was associated with the World Bank, for which he consulted internationally on transportation policy and infrastructure. He has also worked with Fortune 10 companies to develop innovative business models, using information technology, internet marketing strategies, and the outsourcing of operational processes.

Randy, in his role as the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, played a key role in strategizing product/service offerings that fulfill the market needs for small to mid size businesses. Randy has 28+ years of experience in mid to large size manufacturing companies with 15+ years in executive level positions with full P&L responsibility, operations management, and business development. He has led ERP implementations and led company mergers to leverage resources. He specializes in combining existing and new resources to transform business culture and improve profitability. He has led businesses to increase plant performance significantly with fewer resources by utilizing strategies and techniques that are holistic, effective, efficient and sustainable. His strengths are in short and long term strategy planning, business positioning and aligning company's resources to turn loss into profits.

Hamida plays a key role as the CFO in the financial structure and product development for cpSphere. Hamida has 15 Years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounting and Strategic Planning at major Fortune 500 Companies. Hamida has been involved in scorecard implementation, strategic planning, setting up financial and accounting systems, rationalizing assets, and optimizing resources post acquisitions and mergers of mid to large size companies. She has led SAP implementation where she was responsible for data conversion, data integrity, defining business reporting needs, and change management. She is well equipped to quickly identify business process gaps and leverage a company's resources to improve profitability. Hamida is a dynamic leader who strongly believes in continuous improvement to make the organization more efficient every day.
Ferial Moloo

Ferial Moloo is the Chief Marketing and Branding Officer of cpSphere. She is responsible for cpSphere's marketing, branding, and communications, as well as client relations. Ferial assures the support that clients require to achieve success. Prior to joining cpSphere, she served as a member of the boards of directors of numerous non-profit organizations, and as Program Director of WINGS, a subsidiary of the YWCA; she also played an active role in the development and implementation of various programs designed to achieve the YWCA vision. Ferial places superior customer and client service above all else.
