Jack has 40 years of Experience in mid to large size manufacturing companies (domestic and international) with 20+ years in Senior Executive level positions (including CEO and President titles) with full profit & loss, operations management and business development responsibilities. He also has 10+ years of consultancy experience with a variety of manufacturing companies, ranging from start-ups, turnarounds, and LBO's to publicly held mergers and acquisitions. As Senior Business Consultant, Jack provides cpSphere’s clients with background, experience and proven consultant performance to increase profitability. His strengths lie in assessing baseline operations, identifying performance gaps and recommending / implementing growth plans and performance initiatives. Jack combines his excellent academic background (BA from Boston College and his MBA from Harvard) with his vast industry experience to provide a "full services" competency to cpSphere's clients.
